How to request deletion

   Step 1: Send a request from your email

   Email the support address below from your email address or using the mobile number registered to your account.

   Step 2: Use "Account Deletion Request" as the subject

   Include the mobile number registered in the app in the body, so we can identify your account accurately.

   Step 3: Identity confirmation

   We may contact you to verify that you are the account owner, to protect you from having your account deleted without your knowledge.

   Step 4: Execution

   We complete the request within a maximum of 30 days from identity confirmation, and notify you once deletion is complete.

What is deleted

• Your login account and the associated mobile number.
• Display name, email address, profile photo, gender, and date of birth.
• Your requests, related offers, and the content of your in-app conversations.
• Photos and plans you uploaded for your projects.
• For engineers and offices: all verification documents — national ID or residence permit image, Saudi Council of Engineers membership certificate, commercial registration, engineering licence, and office logo.
• Your device push-notification token.

What we may retain

• Invoice and financial transaction records, for the period required by Saudi accounting and tax regulations.
• Data necessary to resolve an ongoing dispute or to respond to a lawful request from a competent authority.

Retained data is limited strictly to the legal purpose above and is not used to contact you or for any marketing purpose.

Before you send the request

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone; data cannot be recovered afterwards.
• If you have an ongoing request or consultation, we recommend completing it before requesting deletion.
• Deleting the app from your device does not delete your account or data — you must send the request.
